Groups take place every two weeks on a Friday in Hemel Hempstead 10.30 - 11.45am.
£45 per term for 6 week block. £9 PAYG.
1st Sunday of the month - Hemel Hempstead 3 - 4.30pm.
£5 per month membership or £10 PAYG.
