Groups take place on 11.15am - 12.30pm on Wednesdays in Henlow and on Thursdays in Biggleswade.
Cost: £8 for block bookings or £9 PAYG
To avoid cost being a barrier I also offer two 'Pay What You Can' places for each group (between £2-£7 per session).
